About the Role
Your job is to assist the design team with the full execution of a project's design, from concept to construction documentation. By combining creativity and technical knowledge you will work in SketchUp, Excel, InDesign, Photoshop and Revit/CAD to realize the vision.
What You Will Do: Coordinate directly with a Project Manager and Job Captain. Execute drawing elevations and construction details, model projects in sketch. Work with vendors and product representatives to source and order new material samples. Assist with assembling presentation material. Organize project materials and schedules.
Your Qualifications: Experience in Commercial/ Multifamily or Hospitality Design. Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, Specifications, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite applications (Photoshop, InDesign) Knowledge of ADA codes and assembling a construction drawing set.
Communication: sketching, graphics and visualization skills to effectively communicate design ideas. This position is full time.
